Q. - Why do I have to pay dues (i.e. maintenance fees) when I never use the Civic Association's facilities?
A. - All property owners in Canyon Lake Village Units 1-6 are members of the Canyon Lake Village Civic Association Corporation and are obligated by law to pay maintenance fees per deed restrictions. See the "Organization" tab for applicable deed restrictions and Corporation By-Laws.
